Mr. Zhang Yang is the founding partner and managing partner of Wangheng Partners Law Firm.  

Mr. Zhang has more than 20 years legal experience practicing in the areas of general corporate, Private Equity, M&A, assets management and commercial dispute resolution. His clients include but not limited to leading Internet companies, investment institutions and transnational enterprises.

Mr. Zhang was a law lecturer at a university and practiced with Jun He Law Offices and other leading law firms for years. When practicing at Jun He, Mr. Zhang was seconded to BMW and Stora Enso rendering legal service for their businesses and transactions in China. Mr. Zhang once worked at Dalian Wanda Group as a legal director providing legal support for its corporate finance and cross-border transactions. Also, Mr. Zhang took the role of Legal Head at An Bang Insurance Group in charge of its all legal matters. Before joining Wangheng Partners, he was a partner at AllBright Law Offices in Beijing.
