Mr. Xue is a partner of Wangheng and currently practices in its Beijing office.
Mr. Xue has more than 20 years of practical experience in general corporate affairs, real estate, finance, investment and financing, asset management, compliance and risk management, dispute resolution and other fields. His clients range from real estate, finance, manufacturing, mining, high-tech, to retailing and other industries.
Mr. Xue is also specialized in criminal law, especially in defense of financial, white collar and other economic crimes. He assisted clients to prevent criminal risk, to respond strategically to criminal investigation, to handle bail-out and residential surveillance, and to reduce or exempt from criminal punishment in accordance with law.
Before joining Wangheng, Mr. Xue served as the director of GuoRui Law Firm.
