Mr. Sen Li is a partner of Wangheng Partners and currently practices at its Beijing office.
Mr. Li excels in non litigation and dispute resolution legal services in construction engineering, real estate, and patent fields.
Mr. Li owns nearly 20 years of work experience in full process consultation of the project, project development, engineering budget estimation, design management, bidding, procurement services, contract business, construction site management, engineering quality management and acceptance, engineering claims and counterclaims, project payment settlement, project operation, and other aspects of construction projects. In the past two years, he has participated in dispute resolution cases with a total amount of RMB 10 billion. Before joining Wangheng, Mr. Li worked in one of the first batch of top law firms in China focusing on construction engineering and real estate, and also served as Deputy general Manager of Engineering in Sinopec Group.
Mr. Li owns a composite education background in engineering and law, and holds the qualifications of First-Class Cost Engineer, Patent Attorney, Senior Engineer, etc; Mr. Li have participated in intellectual property management work such as technology development, patent layout and application, analysis of free operation rights, and analysis of technical secrets, and have obtained over 20 domestic and foreign patent authorizations as an inventor.
