Ms. Sophia Han is a founding partner of Wangheng Partners and currently practices at its Beijing office.
Ms. Han has over 10 years’ experiences in general corporate and M&A, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance.
Ms. Han advised multinational companies as well as domestic companies on a variety of legal issues related to daily operations and transaction. She also actively represented clients including giant internet companies in disputes arising from equity interest, internet APP torts, trade, and other commercial matters. Ms. Han has also extensive experience in training, policy review, and handling of investigation related to bribery and other regulatory sanction issues.
Before joining Wangheng Partners, Ms. Han has worked with JunHe and another top law firm in Beijing for 8 years.
