With over 20 years of practical experience, Ms. LV specializes in legal services for real property sale and lease, family law, real property transaction financing, company compliance as well as risk management.
Prior to joining Wangheng Partners, Ms. LV had provided legal services to many top corporations, one of which being the largest real property agency corporation where she served as General Counsel in the corporation’s financing services group overseeing all real-property-relevant legal matters. Ms. LV has abundant experience handling civil lawsuits in respect of the sale and lease of real property, testaments and family assets management, as well as advisory services in real property transaction financing.
