Ms. Jane Zhen is a partner of Wangheng Partners and currently practices at its Beijing office.
Ms. Zhen started her trademark practice since 1998 as a legal advisor in a multi-national corporation，which owned over 1000 trademarks in Mainland China at that time. After that，she joined several law firms and trademark agencies in the top list of Chinese IP area，including Grandall Law Firm (Beijing) & Simmons & Simmons.
She practices in all aspects of trademark law，concentrated on full range of trademark prosecution including trademark application, review application, opposition, cancellation, invalidation, and consultation for multi-national clients in various industries. She is expert in providing overall branding strategy and handling specific and important files. Over the years as a senior trademark attorney, she has acquired rich experience in the related practice and helped many multi-national corporations protect their trademarks successfully in China.
Besides trademark issues，Ms. Zhen is engaged in copyright recordal and customs recordal services.
