Mr. Xiang has advised multinational companies as well as domestic companies on a variety of Tax issues related to operations and transactions.
Before joining Wangheng Partners, Mr. Xiang had been employed as Senior Manager in Local CTA Beijing office for 9 years, such as Lixin and BDO. Clients he had rendered professional service including CNOOC, SINOPEC, China Unicom, Publicis Groupe, Chia Tai Group China, TMEIC etc.
